Ingredients
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 large egg white
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle powder
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
1 tablespoon real unsalted butter
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 cup shelled walnuts
1 cup pecan halves
1/4 cup fructevia
1 tablespoon water or aronia berry juice
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Dash Louisiana-style hot sauce
A teaspoon salt (optional)
Directions
In a large bowl, by using a fork, beat the egg white and water together. Combine with spices; reserve.
In a sizable heavy skillet, melt the coconut oil or real butter. Add pecans and walnuts; cook about 4 minutes over medium heat until nuts are toasted.
Add the nuts to bowl of egg and spices and toss to coat well.
Put in skillet and add the fructevia, water or aronia berry juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce. Cook in skillet and stir for 1-2 minutes. Spread on foil to chill. Store in an airtight container.Yield: 2 parties, etc, serve in the pretty dish.
Bean Fritters with Curry Yogurt Dip

1 cup yogurt plain
2 onion(s) green, minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2-1 tablespoon curry powder
1 teaspoon coriander ground
1/2-1 teaspoon cayenne ground

Ingredients
1A cups dried black eyes beans
about 2/3 cup water
Alternative to above beans use 1 can beans garbanzo, drained and rinsed
1 can lentils brown, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup onion(s)s minced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 egg(s) omega-3
1/2-3/4 cup pinto bean flour
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (pure)
Directions
Mix all of the ingredients for your yogurt dip and set aside.
Soak beans overnight in plenty of cold water
drain and briskly rub beans between palms, to get rid of skins
return beans to bowl and top-up with fresh water, skins will float to top
discard skins and soak for any further 2 hrs
Alternative to above dried beans use 1 can beans garbanzo, drained and rinsed
Mash the beans and lentils in a big bowl which has a fork, a potato masher or perhaps your hands. They should still some texture but be fairly smooth.
Stir inside the egg, onion, cumin and garlic, Add A cup of pinto bean flour and stir. The mixture must have a texture like moist dough. Add additional bean flour as required.
